My name is Terri Fry Kasuba and I’m an illustrator and graphic designer. I’ve made products for pretty much as long as I can remember, because I could never find in the store what was in my head (which is probably the case for most creative people.) I started this store because although I license my artwork to bigger companies, sometimes I just want to do what I want to do. So I hope you enjoy these products as much as I enjoy making them!

Some questions I made up and then answered:

Why are you pretty weird?
I love the word weird. It was never an insult in our house, only a compliment. It is thinking the way you’re supposed to think and not the norm of society, and I think that’s cool.

Why are you so awesome?
Oh stop, you’re embarrassing me.

What does your name mean?
Pretty — Attractive to look at usually in a simple or delicate way
Weird — Of strange or extraordinary character
Work — To perform or carry through a task requiring sustained effort or continuous repeated operations
Shop — Buying stuff, yay!

Why does your logo read as Pretty Work Weird Shop?
The name of my store is Pretty Weird Work Shop, but you may read it as Pretty Work Weird Shop and that’s fine with me. One of the reasons I like the name is because of all the different combinations that can happen.

How do you decide what to make?
I LOVE making stuff that is functional and you can interact with every day. So while I will always have prints and original art, I want to add more functional products that you can use in your everyday life.

Do you do commissions?
